I'm wondering about this card in an eBay auction (not my auction and I
have no intention of bidding).

It is not a slot card so I wonder if it is a SCSI card for harddisk that
would connect to a mouse interface card and also has a through port for
the mouse. Wouldn't it be awfully slow, and there is no ROM so a driver
must be found for it too.
The SCSI cable doesn't seem wide enough. I'm used to 50pin SCSI.
To me it seems to be a strange card but might this be intended for the
IIc. It is made by Apple so it can't be that strange.
