    Not that I'm aware of. The main issue is it was never publically
released, so the existing copy is actually a leaked beta version 
that Broderbund cancelled and abandoned. The only chance of
an update/patch would have been from outside programmers and 
that never happened (it was leaked over 15 years ago).

    There are other ROM 3 incompatible games that also never 
got patched: Skate or Die, Captain Blood, Star Wizard, Magic 
Johnson's  Basketball (another non-release), Alien Mind (the
deprotected version from the French United Cracking Klan).
