Add to the list: BerZap!, Bank Street Music Writer, One on One, Night
Flight, Rescue Raiders and Spy Strikes Back (there's some others but
I can't think of them off hand).

Someone mentioned Epxy's "GI-Joe" though I don't remember it supporting
the Mockingboard (did it just support sound effects or did it play music
too?). Several deprotected versions had the Mockingboard routines
ripped out, I know that's the case with Ultima III and One and One.

If you have a PC, the latest AppleWin and Apple-in-PC use near perfect
emulation of the AY-8910 chipset to emulate the Mockingboard (Apple-in-PC
even emulates the 12-voice AE Phasor, which is great for trying out Ultima V
and the Phasor demo disk). Jimmy Huey's "ProDOS ALF Player" emulates
the AY-8910 using the Ensoniq chip in the IIgs and worth checking out.
