Help Wanted: Mockingboard IIC disk

Hello everybody.  Asked this question awhile back, but thought that since 
some time has passed I would give another holler out there to see if anybody 
has this.
 I would be willing to pay somebody for a copy of this (shipping, etc...) or 
if somebody could email me a .dsk image that would be wonderful as well.

This needs to be the disk for the Mockingboard IIc which is different than 
the regular mockingboards for the ][+, //e, //gs.
