Well, what got me started on this little quest was a message about an 
old hard drive card I have (Applied Inginuity).  Someone had posted a 
hard drive image from a drive that AI shipped way back when.  Since I 
don't have my GS up right now, I thought I'd look into mounting the 
image right on my linux box.  From that I found the file/utility... 
which I just noticed I didn't post.

I actually downloaded the file from 
http://www.deater.net/weave/vmwprod/apple/prodos-0.13.tar.gz
 which is a mirror of the author's web site, which no longer seems to 
exist.
