With the possible exception of KEGS (someone was working on patching 
it), one of the emulators for the PC support Ethernet.

Teodor was considering an emulated Ethernet card for Apple Oasis but I 
believe that was as far as he ever went. Perhaps he might be able to 
emulate the Uther card. I sent an email to see what he thinks about 
this. However, he hasn't updated Oasis since January 2002 and may have 
lost interest in the II.
