I think there is a line in one of the configuration files which allows
you to tell the program which groups to look for. You probably found out
where it is. Go over the logic again (took me a while too). If it is
correct then you may have to go and manually delete articles from the
server (not the program). It may look at its cache and think there are
still articles available.
