Are you serious ? As far as PC's were concerned, in 1989 there was CGA, EGA,
VGA & XGA - all colour, I doubt you 'heavily used' PC's if you don't know
that.
As far as other colour machines were concerned, there;s all the 8 bitters &
16 bitters that had been around for quite a few years too.....
