PAL IIe - 4.433619
That's not the PAL Apple //e oscillator frequency--it's 14.25MHz.
NTSC IIe - 1970001
That's a part number, not a frequency.
Europlus clone - 14.31818 (Actually, this could be a II+ clone with a Pal
video card, the crystal on the card is 17.430)
Yes, it is a standard (NTSC) II+. The crystal on the video
card is completely unrelated to the Apple II clock frequency.

I think I'll take the crystal from the site that Bill Garber has pointed
out.

Or you could swap the crystal from any NTSC Apple II except the IIgs.
