I didn't check the site, but anyone running Linux is running what most
ISPs are running, the only difference is in the scale of hardware.

Any Linux distribution should include newsserver software, and there
is of course plenty of material out there about setting them up.

Of course, one has to have somewhere to connect to to get the newsfeed.
