Nah, I think Netzero/Juno still offer free. You are limited to 10 hours
a month, tho, with no accounting available to tell you where you are
at. And once you hit the ceiling, bam! You are cut off until the next
billing-cycle starts - whenever that is!

I was on them for a while until that happened, then I upgraded to their
pay-service, supposedly with no ads but with a lot of downloads still
sent my way and their "spyware" to capture your searchs, etc. Plus,
they auto-start MSIE upon startup. But at least you can close and use
your own. PeoplePC, if you close IE, you close your session.
