   The Chebucto Community Net has been located in  Halifax, Nova Scotia,
eastern Canada, since 1994, and offers text accounts for $20. a year and
PPP graphical accounts for $100. a year.  The text account offers the Lynx
text internet browser, email via PINE, PICO text editing, ftp, telnet,
newsgroups via PINE or TIN, homepage and file storage.
