You should be able to use the backup utility that comes with ProSel-8.
It's block based, rather than file based. You will probably need to
ensure that the CFFA partition has exactly the same number of blocks.
However, you should be able to just run the Installer on the System 6.0.1
install disks and select the SCSI card from the installable packages.
