Asimov's policy appears to be that files uploaded to the incoming
directory are unavailable for download until they are moved and
sorted.  This behavior is not uncommon for sites that allow u/d of
files.  Anyway, have some patience.  I'm sure the image will be moved
soon - files usually don't sit long in that directory.
