There is at least 1 software solution. It lets you store DOS 3.3 disks which it can execute. It won't work for all games but it should work for many.
Note: I haven't used this in a while so YMMV. Also, I can't recall the exact programmer but IIRC, Glen Bredon produced one of these game loader types.
Also, if the game is binary only, you may be able to transfer the game binary to a ProDOS disk and simply execute said binary.
