    Here's an auction for (what appears to be) a Laser Universal Disk
Controller. The advantage is it works with standard Macintosh 3.5 
drives (i.e. dirt cheap or free) as well as 5.25 floppy drives.

You can tell it's the older revision by the length of the card:
