I'll put in a thanks...downloaded everything with no problems.

Unzipping the Scott Alfter supplied PDF file is another thing.  Anyone 
know what you use on the Mac to unzip it?

I've tried StuffIt Expander 8, it just opens, sits there for a couple of 
seconds and then closes without doing anything.  Also tried ZipIt 2.2.2 
which opens the .zip part of it, then asks for the 1st segment and won't 
let me select the .z01 file.  And the command line unzip built into OS X 
and it says that multi-part zip isn't fully supported yet.

Any other suggestions from anyone?
