I finally got a chance to play with my Thunderscan yesterday, however I ran
into some problems. First, whenever the Thunderscan is plugged into the GS
joystick port, the GS boots into the self-test upon being turned on.

I then booted into GS/OS, plugged in the Thunderscan cable and launched the
GS version of the software. It said the Thunderscan wasn't responding. I had
similar results when tried on a IIc with the 8-bit version of the software.

I have the Thunderscan with the switchbox (print/scan). Any ideas or is the
Thuderscan toast?
