Re: Looking for IIgs serial to PC ???
I always had good luck getting cables from here:

(NOTE: I don't work for them; I'm just a satisfied customer.)
They even carry a few D-Sub to RJ45 adapters. I always found those
things to be handy for transmitting serial data over long distances
using Cat-5 cable.
