That means ground can NOT use any yenc post because it is corrupted.
So ground did not get the v1n3 PDF, it did get the v1n3.zip however.  And
it did get the v1n2.pdf since it was uuencoded.

A cba2 repost is unnecessary because I am sure I could find it somewhere
online.  Also, ground is currently 100% full after the v1n2.pdf so I can't
use any large files until I do some serious pruning.  Sorry.

I just meant to warn cba2 users to be wary of yenc postings, unless they
intentionally want to exclude some users from access.
