I would examine if the size is correct. It seemed to be expected that is a dsk so it would be 143360 bytes (or other).

If it is still the correct size a rename should be enough.

If it is a little larger maybe it has got CR-LF expansion then you could use a hexeditor to substitute CR-LF back to LF.

If it is much larger then it should maybe it has to be decoded (it is still uuencoded or base64).

And finally if it is smaller maybe it is compressed zip or shk.
