Being from Europe is immaterial since Syndicomm ships anywhere.  As for the
price, there are a lot of CD compilations out there but in my opinion this
is the first one any Apple II person should buy.  It has almost everything
you could possibly need including tons of things that are exclusive to this
set.  Your BEST.OF.MS.BXY is just one of them.

Not my compilation as I don't get a penny from it's sale.  As far as being
off-topic goes, you asked for the file and I just pointed out where and how
you can get it.  Sounds on-topic to me.
