Ernest and Michael,
You are absolutely correct. The fact is that I am very smart enough to
be involved in the computer programming. It is how I have completed MPU6502
project for Apple II, but I lack understanding of Apple II's technical
issues. The completed MPU6502 has a lot of unimplemention that I have to
work on this. I have all the information in front of me which they are
available. Sometimes, I don't really understand what technical issues mean.
It is why I have feedback with Michael and other folks.
I have been researching for a long time, but sometimes, Google search
does not provide good information. I usually narrow the search so I can
find valuable information what I needed.
Bryan, start with the Apple II FAQs and follow references from there,
using occasional supplements from Google to the web and newsgroups.
You will find not only much scanned technical documentation of Apple
softswitches, etc., but numerous "how to use" tutorials written by
users.
If you want to fully understand the Apple II and its progeny, you could
not do better than to find a copy of one of Jim Sather's wonderful books
on "Understanding the Apple II" (or IIe). If you can't find one, then
technical manuals, schematics (all published), and reverse-engineering
one or more of the "source available" emulators are all enlightening.
Please do not call me something like idiot, dumb, or etc. Please
respect me when I am kind to ask something what I needed. One day, my
project may be completed before someone realize my ability and understanding
and they will apologize what they have done to hurt my feeling at later
time.
I understand, Bryan--sorry for being impatient with your
question and premature suggestion for improvement.
But also do us the favor of finding available information first.
You are definitely not a "newbie" with either the web or the
Apple II.
