Yes, but, there is a modified Integer Basic that runs from DOS 3.3 that relocates itself from $0800 (this isn't the same as INTBASIC on the system masters which loads itself onto the language card).
I am referring to modifying this file (which is a 22-sector file called INT), so as to get it to work with ProDOS.
