Hi, y'all!

    Oops, false alarm.  It seems that the SCSI hard drive I was using
for the test can't be used as a boot drive.  If I boot into ProDOS
2.0.3 from another drive then the three partitions on the hard drive
can be accessed.  Same results with either the Premium Softcard or a
standard 80 column card in the auxiliary slot.

    Oh, d***, now I get it.  Blocks 0 and 1 on the hard drive, used as
part of the boot sequence, must be FUBAR.
