Was there ever a Prodos version of Zardax?

A long shot but,
Was there ever a Prodos version of Zardax Word Processor?
All the versions I've ever encountered have been fairly heavily copy protected dos 3.3,
and wrote dos 3.3 data disks.
I've been given a bunch of old apple disks
(which i was told contained Zardax word processor files),
which need to be converted to something usable on the pc.
Getting them across there isn't a problem,
but these disks are in Prodos format,
with text files which are almost straight ascii, with some formatting codes
which I don't recognize.
Not what I remember being typical of Zardax.
Anyway, if there was a prodos version, and someone could point me at a disk image of it,
I'd much appreciate it, as I'd like to be able to give the people concerned as clear a copy of
what they had on the apple as is possible.
If not, I'll have to go back and see if they want to have another guess at what word processor might have been used.
(Its not appleworks, the file type is txt, not awp).
Thanks for any help.
Regards
Aaron
