Manufacturer....  They want him to send the drive
back to it's birthplace.

I had a drive go bad on me after about 2 months
of use...  Apparently some of the new drives will
automatically eat themselves if you have
questionable softwares on them...  The drive started
BEEPING, I called the manufacturer, and they
told me that there is no beeper or speaker in the
drive.

It still beeps when I power it on..
