I have the manual (photocopies) for the BIG card
somewhere in a box.

works with 19pin connector 5.25
works with 19 pin connector 3.5 (apple 3.5)
unidisk, disk II with adaptor

Each cable supports 2 drives.  You can
have 4 drives connected.

the 3.5, 5.25 19 pin, and unidisk
can be daisy chained
