Re: Apple II Monitor suggestions

although the Magnavox has a monochrome button to kill the color output,
but I belive the model I mentioned lacks the special "Commodre Video"
inputs (a.k.a. S-Video using seperate chroma/luma inputs instead of a
standard S-Video connector).

This Magnavox-model sounds very much like the Commodore 1081 which has
a button for a "green only display" and no S-Video-input.
It also has only one speaker - which was a pity because I bought it
with the Amiga at the time. I had to use external speakers to enjoy
Dungeon Master, but thats another story ;-)

The 1084 was introduced a bit later (in Germany), too, if I remember
correctly.
