Well this seems odd but just yesterday Mike Harvey sent me an e-mail with a
status update.  He's progressing well but still has a way to go.  He
anticipates offering a 15-18 CD set or a 2-3 DVD set of the entire
collection in the $120-$155 range with the DVD set being cheaper.
Individual years on CD will likely be around $15.
