: Hi all,
:
: I was very hopeful when I discovered that I can connect a modern mouse
: to a IIGS using the GeeThree PS/2 to ADB adapter
: (http://www.geethree.com/p_ADB.html). I decided to pick one up to see
: if it would work on a IIGS. I was able to get an optical to work in
: GS/OS just fine -- unfortunately, whenever the mouse is first moved,
: the IIGS slows to a crawl and becomes unresponsive.
:
: Has anyone else had this issue?
:
: I'd hate to not be able to use an optical mouse on a IIGS, and ADB mice
: are becoming harder to find.
:
: Thanks,
: --A.J.
ADB mouse is not hard to find yet. I did a search for
"ADB mouse" on eBay and found 95 selections, some with
keyboard included. Would be nice to use PS/2 mouses with
the IIgs though. Or USB even.
