Apple II Oasis questions

Where are the up and down arrows for Oasis. I have a disk image that
requires the up/down keys but I can only move left/right on my PC keyboard.

Also, the same disk has a front and back side, with a menu program. The
front side is the boot side, and the backside is an unbootable continuation
of the front (extra files.) Is there a way to access the back side of the
.dsk image (a seperate disk image) without closing the front side first?
