You'll see a lot of ads for this. There are a lot of McDonalds bill boards out there, too. What passes for an MMU and C compiler make the Rabbits more trouble than they are worth.
You might take a look at the eZ80 parts from Zilog as an alternative. Their flat memory model and ANSI C compiler would be a better starting place, IMHO. www.zilog.com
