It's possible they counted every available processor, e.g. a video game
console might have a main CPU, a graphics processor, a sound processor,
and so on.  Of course, very few humans can multitask effectively, so I'm
not sure why you'd measure that way if you're trying to compare a
computer with biological intelligence.
