I looked at the source code there. It looks like a fairly late version,
though I can't say for sure if it exactly like my backup copy, as I
don't know when the copy on bbsdocumentary was made (I was the sysop of
'Dura Europos' referred to there).

I didn't notice if it had a module called 'load.spur.s' or not. If so,
that will attempt to load several compiled modules to /RAM for greater
speed. If you don't want to mess with this, try linking to 'spur.logon'
instead of 'load.spur'. (The load.spur module requires an external
module called 'xcopy' to do it's copying).

When I get to the point where my Apple can communicate to the outside
world, I will be able to upload stuff recovered from the backups if
needed.
