Well, I don't know the exact size but I remember someone saying that
the RamFAST only supports up to 1 GB drives but I managed to use a 1.2
GB drive on my RamFAST for quite some time.
The biggest problem I've found with using large hard drives on the
RamFAST is the 12 partition limit it has.
