Hell we could encode inside a bitmap and let the bots try to discern a
picasso from a piccolo. It's over kill at the ISP level. I applaud their
efforts to prevent idiots from pulling my finger but the above would
demonstrate ego enhanced paranoia if used by an ISP.
Their current level of enthusiasm seems headed in that direction.
