Have you tried anything? Any interesting results? Can you tell us what
you've tried?
Also, there were several Personal Laserwriter models. Is there a suffix
("LS", "NT", "NTR", ?) or number (300, 320)?
http://www.info.apple.com/support/applespec.legacy/laser.html lists the
various models.
The Personal LaserWriter line were generally (but not all) crippled by
the use of QuickDraw instead of Postscript.
According to this link
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=7652 the IIgs did not
support the QuickDraw models.
There are other articles on the legacy support information at Apple
http://search.info.apple.com/?as_q=IIgs+Laserwriter&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&btnG=Search&lr=lang_en&kword=&type=&docset=alldocs&Submit=Search
Note that the search tool is a little flaky: takes some effort to get
it to show more than ten results at a time, and the "next page" links
usually screw things up. Check the pull-down on the right to ask for 50
results on a page, and you should see most of the documents.
