I got a Belkin one like that from eBay for about $20. (Never could find one
when I went looking, but a saved searches for "adb ps/2" did.) It works
great. I was really relieved to see that mine, at least, wasn't powered
from the VGA port, but from the keyboard port. Now if I only had a scan
doubler, I could put my IIgs on my KVM...
