I see that Bill Garber has uploaded new copies
to Ground and offers a CD-ROM.  Thanks, Bill!

I uploaded my scans of the three BAPS files in
October 2004.  No one complained then so I do not
know if they were corrupted during the upload or
since then.  The ones on my hard drive are still
good.

Is there any interest in paper copies?  I had
to unbind my copies to make good scans so now
they are be easy to photocopy.  I would have
to charge, however, for photocopying and
postage.
