Thnx for thoughtful reply. I'm still reading the FAQs. Wanted to avoid 5.25, 
but understand the necessity now that I've been monitoring eBay for a few 
days.

I'll go with 4MB right away & save the original card as is.

Thnx again.  I am interested in the "story" of the Apple, now I have better 
access.
