The Apple II files are installed as part of the custom install option (I
think) but there is a bug with the Appleshare installer that won't let
you use the A2 disk image that Apple had on their site.I've been told
you can just copy the files from the A2 setup disk to your ProDos
partition on the server which makes sense as it is just ProDOS and Basic
System.
