I'm going to pass the buck on this one. The guy people deal with for
products is Bill. I have no access to ads, mailing lists, products, or
incoming cash. All I have is the cash from personal CD sales (I sell CDs
at local user group meetings - and I'm a year behind with the issues I
have). As a result, I'm emailing a copy of this reply directly to his
account.
The best suggestion I can offer is to keep contacting Bill. He does have
the parts and software you need. It's a matter of putting it in a box and
mailing it.
All I can say is since the invasion of Iraq, he has been forced to remain
on an American military base on a different island for long periods of
time (civilian contractor). He doesn't get home very often. This means he
is a difficult person to contact.
