I just took a look at a .pdf in BBEdit, and it certainly doesn't look
like a trivial matter to convert it to ASCII.

But it got me thinking that an offline html viewer would probably be
relatively simple [for someone else] to program. I don't mean a fancy
graphical thing, just a basic text-browser and maybe something like ][
GIF to view images on the 128K version.

HTML seems like a better bet as far as universality goes, and file sizes
are a lot more in line with the Apple II's capabilities.

Any takers?
