If that was his reason, you would have to figure out how to get
it out of the box without breaking the tape seal.
In the past week, I sold my last two in the (opened) box. One
had been 'tested', but for most buyer's purposes, they were both NIB.
Then, realizing what I had done, I went out and bought another
for the same price.
That price seems much more realistic to me, considering a year or
two ago the NIB ones were going for about $50-60.
