Very similar to getting rich with real estate. You get them
to show in writing that you have, in fact, paid them your
down money (illegal), and then borrow the closing costs
on a credit card (also illegal), and get a mortgage, or have
the seller hold the mortgage for you (also highly illegal).
Now go buy that real estate you've always wanted, fix
it up and resell it for twice+ what you paid.  LMAO!!!!!
