DigiKey sells one, part number BH1/2AA-2-ND:

The datasheet is here, so you can determine if it'll just drop in or if
you'll have to hack it to fit:

Shipping/handling will cost more than the part (which is under $2), but I'm
guessing that even with that taken into account, you could probably still
get one for under $10.
