At some point a couple years ago, there was one. We (applelinc.org)
created it on something called efnet, the channel was a2 or something.
Our web admin set up a bot holding it open?? or something. I no longer
have that information handy but if that makes sense to anyone, please
look it up and see if it is still there.
If not there, then set up a channel and let us know where it is and how
to access it. Of course I pay A2Central so I can be on theirs via
telnet. (Feels like a BBS to me, I've never really gotten into a real
IRC.)

Allow me to add that NinjaForce wrote an IRC client for the IIgs. It was
on their site that last time I saw it.
