You're correct. The full downloads contain everything up to Eamon #250 
except for the softdisk eamons. However, keep in mind that the DOS 3.3 
package won't contain the eamons that were only written for ProDOS. 
Likewise, the ProDOS package doesn't include all of the DOS 3.3 programs as 
not all of them were converted to ProDOS.

The only other caveat is that the disks have no DOS installed on them. You 
can download boot disks with these links:  Dos3.3 Boot Disk or a ProDOS boot 
disk
