You might want to have a look at AGATE:
http://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/Collections/SkunkWorks/Communications/AGATE.SHK
It does ANSI emulation with IBM graphics (what most BBSes back in the day
needed), but that might be close enough to VT100 for your needs. It needs a
128K IIe or better to run (since it uses DHR graphics to render text).
